DBCO-Ac4Mannose/Dibenzocyclooctyne-Tetra-O-acetyl Mannose/DBCO-Acetylated 4 Mannose is a dual functional biomedical reagent designed specifically for copper free click chemistry mediated cell glucose metabolism markers. As a bifunctional linker, DBCO groups are introduced into glycosylated biomolecules, which are subsequently coupled with azide modified antibodies and drug molecules to construct targeted diagnostic and therapeutic integrated nanoprobes.
